WalletBe Shipping

Our goal is to ship you the highest quality product at an affordable rate in the least amount of time.  We offer options for standard and expedited shipping, with a calculated cost for each.  We charge less than the actual cost for shipping as we know you want the lowest cost to transport your WalletBe to your door.  Our fulfillment center is located in the center of the country, allowing for US Mail to get it to you in 3-4 days or less from any U.S. location.  We mostly utilize USPS and FedEx for standard shipping.  Expedited orders will use USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx, depending on the quantity ordered and destination location.


Free Shipping

Because we value your business and hope to build long-time relations with our valued customers, we offer a Free Shipping policy.  All orders totalling $49 or more will automatically receive Free Shipping on your order at the time of checkout. There will be zero's in the shipping column on your checkout and we will absorb the cost.  Many of our customers are long-time repeat customers and this is our way of incentivising and rewarding both new and repeat customers 365 days per year.  We hope you too, will see the value proposition we offer to help more of your dollars go towards the item(s) you really want, rather than to cover shipping costs.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

While we do not receive many requests for returns, we do understand that there could be reasons for them and our main concern is always your 100% satisfaction.

Items purchased from can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. The full amount paid for the product (including tax) will be refunded to the original method of payment (excluding shipping charges). Please return the item in the original packaging, including all straps, accessories and instructions that were included with the product. Please note: THE BOX MUST BE IN ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION WITH NO TEARS OR DAMAGE IN ORDER TO RETURN THE ITEM.

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at or (279) 800-1603. For even exchanges, no payment is necessary (other than postage). If the new item costs less than the original item ordered, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. If the new item costs more than the original item purchased, please contact us with payment details to pay the difference.

To return your item(s), please contact us by email at or by phone at (279) 800-1603 and we will send you the information how to send it back. You will need to cover the postage to send the item back.

Please allow up to 3 weeks after mailing to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much sooner. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, processing your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund.
