Returns & Exchanges

Returns Policy

Items purchased from can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. The full amount paid for the product (including tax) will be refunded to the original method of payment; however the original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please return the item in the original packaging, and include all straps and/or accessories that were included with the product. Fill out the "returns" portion of your invoice and include it with your return. If you do not have your original invoice, please include a note that contains your name, order number, address, phone number and reason for return. Customer pays return shipping charges. 

If you would like to exchange your product, please specify which item you would like to exchange it for, and the address you would like the new product to be shipped to (if you would like it shipped to the same address as the original order, it is not necessary for you to provide a shipping address). If it is an even exchange, no payment is necessary. If the new item costs less than the original item ordered, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. If the new item costs more than the original item purchased, please contact us with payment details in order to pay the difference.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
