Returns Policy

Items purchased from www.walletbe.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. The full amount paid for the product (including tax) will be refunded to the original method of payment (excluding shipping charges). Please return the item in the original packaging, including all straps, accessories and instructions that were included with the product. 

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at customersupport@walletbe.com or 844-925-5382. For even exchanges, no payment is necessary. If the new item costs less than the original item ordered, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. If the new item costs more than the original item purchased, please contact us with payment details to pay the difference.

In order to ensure your refund is processed expeditiously, please contact us by phone at 844-925-5382 or by email at customersupport@walletbe.com (including your tracking information dramatically speeds up the process). Please allow up to 3 weeks after mailing to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much sooner. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper,  processing your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund.
