Returns Policy

 

While we do not receive many requests for returns, we do understand that there could be reasons for them and our main concern is your 100% satisfaction.

Items purchased from www.walletbe.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. The full amount paid for the product (including tax) will be refunded to the original method of payment (excluding shipping charges). Please return the item in the original packaging, including all straps, accessories and instructions that were included with the product. Please note: THE BOX MUST BE IN ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION WITH NO TEARS OR DAMAGE IN ORDER TO RETURN THE ITEM.

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at customersupport@walletbe.com or 844-925-5382. For even exchanges, no payment is necessary (other than postage). If the new item costs less than the original item ordered, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. If the new item costs more than the original item purchased, please contact us with payment details to pay the difference. 

To return your item(s), please contact us by email at customersupport@walletbe.com or by phone at 844-925-5382 and we will send you the information how to send it back.  You will need to cover the postage to send the item back. 

Please allow up to 3 weeks after mailing to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much sooner. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper,  processing your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund.
