Returns & Exchanges Policy
While we do not receive many requests for returns, we do understand that there could be reasons for them and our main concern is always your 100% satisfaction.
Items purchased from walletbe.com can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. The full amount paid for the product (including tax) will be refunded to the original method of payment (excluding shipping charges). Please return the item in the original packaging, including all straps, accessories and instructions that were included with the product. Please note: THE BOX MUST BE IN ORIGINAL NEW CONDITION WITH NO TEARS OR DAMAGE IN ORDER TO RETURN THE ITEM. Please contact customersupport@walletbe.com to notify of a pending return and we will promptly send the details of what needs to be included and where to send the returned item. Refunds will be made as soon as the item is shipped and we receive the tracking number from the customer.
Gift Cards
All gift card sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for gift cards once they have been purchased. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Please treat gift cards like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced. By purchasing a gift card, you agree to this policy.
If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at customersupport@walletbe.com or (279) 800-1603. For even exchanges, no payment is necessary (other than postage). If the new item costs less than the original item ordered, the difference will be refunded to your original method of payment. If the new item costs more than the original item purchased, please contact us with payment details to pay the difference.
To return your item(s), please contact us by email at customersupport@walletbe.com or by phone at (279) 800-1603 and we will send you the information how to send it back. You will need to cover the postage to send the item back.
Please allow up to 3 weeks after mailing to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund much sooner. The time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, processing your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund.
